Production Supervisor We are seeking a motivated Production Supervisor to lead our night shift operations and drive performance, quality, and team success in a fast-paced automotive environment. Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop production associates to meet daily goals and quality standards Plan staffing levels and ensure proper training and performance management Oversee daily production to meet targets for efficiency, output, and delivery Drive quality improvements, reduce scrap, and resolve production issues Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment (5S and safety compliance) Monitor key performance metrics (PP, OEE, scrap, etc.) and take corrective action as needed Support new product launches, process improvements, and continuous improvement initiatives Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations Provide daily reporting on production, safety, and performance What You Bring Strong leadership and team-building skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement Join Draexlmaier Automotive and play a key role in driving operational excellence on our night shift team.
