Job Description We are searching for an energetic operational support professional who enjoys wearing multiple hats to help manage our busy branch office. The role focuses on day‑to‑day operations, efficiency, and time management. Your Responsibilities Manage records and information. Monitor credit and collections activities. Convert quotes to work orders on a daily basis. Encourage and improve cross‑department internal communication. Perform general office tasks such as replenishing supplies, distributing mail, and custodial duties. Handle any other duties, tasks, or responsibilities as assigned. Your Qualifications Minimum 18 years of age. Valid driver’s license if operating a vehicle for company purposes. Previous experience in administrative services or related fields. Detail‑oriented with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks. Strong leadership qualities. Bi‑lingual English/Spanish (preferred). Travel Requirements Local travel only, less than 10% of time. Physical Requirements Prolonged standing or sitting with repetitive motions such as bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling.
