The Senior Accountant is responsible for performing complex accounting functions and plays a key leadership role in the month-end close and financial reporting processes.

Your specific duties will include:

• Completing the month-end close process, including preparing journal entries accurately and on time.
• Preparing monthly balance sheet reconciliations, including investigating, documenting, and resolving variances.
• Reviewing weekly cash reports.
• Assisting with the review of monthly, quarterly, and annual lender reporting.
• Assisting in coordinating and gathering audit-related requests.
• Recommending process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
• Applying experience in foreign currency transactions, lease accounting under ASC 842, and multi-unit entity environments.

Required qualifications for the position include:

• 35 years of accounting experience.
• CPA or CPA candidate preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
• Proficiency in Sage Intacct.

Pay Rate Range: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location.
