Revenue Manager

Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Revenue Manager is responsible for localizing and executing Six Flags' revenue management strategy at the park level. Working within enterprise pricing, product, and promotional guardrails established by the Center of Excellence (COE), this role translates strategy into action by optimizing pricing, inventory, offers, and demand management to maximize attendance, conversion, and revenue. The Revenue Manager serves as the key link between the COE and park leadership, ensuring local market insights, guest behavior, and operating conditions are reflected in execution while maintaining alignment with enterprise objectives.

Key Responsibilities · Execute park-level pricing, inventory management, and promotional strategies within established enterprise guardrails. · Monitor demand, pacing, conversion, competitive activity, and market trends to proactively optimize revenue performance. · Develop local forecasts and communicate risks, opportunities, and insights to park leadership and the Revenue Management COE. · Partner closely with Park Presidents, GMs, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure flawless execution of pricing and offer strategies. · Support testing, experimentation, and measurement initiatives that improve guest conversion and revenue outcomes. · Own local performance reporting and provide clear, actionable insights through dashboards and business reviews. · Surface guest, operational, and competitive feedback to help shape future enterprise pricing and product strategies. · Serve as a trusted revenue advisor to park leadership while maintaining consistency with company-wide commercial objectives.

Skills and Requirements

-Experience in Revenue Management, Pricing Analytics, Commercial Strategy, Yield Management, or Business Analytics. -Experience managing dynamic pricing, promotions, inventory optimization, and demand forecasting. -Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate attendance, conversion, sales trends, pricing performance, and revenue drivers. -Advanced proficiency in Excel and SQL for data analysis, reporting, and forecasting. -Experience creating and maintaining revenue dashboards, KPIs, forecasts, and business performance reports. -Ability to analyze market trends, competitive activity, and consumer behavior to drive pricing decisions. -Experience partnering with cross-functional stakeholders including Operations, Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Executive Leadership. -Strong understanding of revenue optimization principles, forecasting methodologies, and performance measurement. -Ability to present complex data and recommendations to business leadership in a clear, actionable manner. -Experience supporting or leading A/B testing, promotional analysis, offer optimization, or pricing experiments.
