The ideal candidate is dependable, eager to learn, and thrives in a collaborative team environment. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while managing multiple deadlines.

As a Project Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting contractor sales representatives, coordinating project documentation, and ensuring timely delivery of materials and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Support contractor sales representatives by managing project documentation and workflow.
• Process and maintain sales orders and purchase orders within the ERP system.
• Coordinate product delivery schedules, project costs, and approved change orders.
• Prepare and submit documentation for customer and engineering approvals.
• Ensure all required materials are ordered and delivered to job sites on schedule.
• Track and follow up on project quotations and customer requests.
• Maintain accurate and complete project records throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, customer service, vendors, and customers to ensure project success.
• Monitor project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Prioritize competing demands while meeting deadlines in a dynamic work environment.

Qualifications

Required

• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Professional, dependable, and customer-focused attitude.

Preferred

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Experience working in construction, industrial sales, or a related industry.
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Project coordination or project management experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Typical Schedule

• Monday through Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
