Hallmark Healthcare of Pekin is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Manager to join our clinical leadership team on the day shift . We are looking for a dependable nursing professional who is passionate about resident care, enjoys supporting their team, and is ready to take the next step in their career.

As Nurse Manager, you will help oversee daily clinical operations, support nursing staff, promote quality resident care, and work closely with the interdisciplinary team to ensure our residents receive the highest level of care possible.

What You'll Do

• Provide leadership, direction, and support to nursing staff

• Help oversee daily nursing operations on the assigned unit

• Promote quality, compassionate, and person-centered resident care

• Monitor resident needs and ensure appropriate interventions are implemented

• Collaborate with physicians, residents, families, therapy, dietary, and other members of the interdisciplinary team

• Assist with staff scheduling, training, education, and performance management

• Monitor documentation and ensure compliance with facility policies and regulatory requirements

• Participate in care planning and quality improvement initiatives

• Address resident and family concerns in a professional and timely manner

• Support infection prevention, safety, and quality assurance initiatives

• Serve as a positive role model and resource for nursing staff

What We're Looking For

• Current RN or LPN license in the State of Illinois

• Previous long-term care/skilled nursing experience preferred

• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred

• Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Ability to lead, motivate, and support a nursing team

• Compassionate and resident-focused approach

• Strong attention to detail and follow-through

• Ability to work collaboratively with residents, families, staff, and healthcare professionals
