Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain lasting relationships with customers.
- Assist clients in selecting the perfect vehicle by actively listening to their needs and preferences.
- Continuously expand product knowledge to become an expert on vehicle offerings, available packages, and the latest technologies.
- Deliver professional, high-quality demonstrations of both new and pre-owned vehicles.
- Provide exceptional follow-up service to ensure customer satisfaction and generate referrals.
- Effectively handle customer objections and thrive in sales situations.
- Maintain a positive attitude and bring enthusiasm to every customer interaction.
Qualifications:
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional demeanor and appearance.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Must pass a drug screening.
- Must enjoy a fun and engaging work environment!
