The Bar Back is an essential member of the Restaurant team dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to our guests. This role requires a high degree of professionalism and teamwork, attention to detail, and the ability to manage the inventory, anticipating restocking before depletion to ensure a seamless bar experience for the guests.

What you will do:

• Demonstrate high standards of professionalism in all interactions.
• Ensure bar is stocked with proper inventory, garnish, glassware, etc. and monitor continuously for restocking, changes kegs.
• Maintain cleanliness in bar area.
• Assist with monitoring guests, promptly removing dishes, glassware, etc., responding to guests' requests.
• Prepares for evening service while supporting AM operations.
