Mechanical SuperintendentSupervises and directs field crews, subcontractors, and support functions (Safety, QA/QC, Project Controls, Logistics) for the mechanical scope of a utility-scale renewable energy construction project. Ensures work is performed safely, on budget, and on schedule, reporting daily to the General Superintendent/Construction Manager.Requirements:5+ years of field supervisory experience in utility-scale renewable energy construction (solar or BESS)OSHA 30 required (OSHA 10 acceptable for onboarding)Strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skillsAbility to read plans and interpret specificationsProcore or similar construction management platform experience preferredAbility to travel/relocate to project sites as required (up to 80-100%)Full-time, full benefits, relocation assistance available.
