Plumbing Foreman

Are you an experienced plumbing leader who thrives in the field and enjoys building high-performing teams? We're looking for a Plumbing Foreman to oversee commercial plumbing projects, lead field operations, and ensure every project is completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. What You'll Do Lead, supervise, mentor, and develop field personnel. Plan, organize, and direct the daily execution of assigned plumbing scopes. Coordinate work with project teams, general contractors, inspectors, and other trades. Build and maintain strong customer and subcontractor relationships through exceptional communication and service. Attend coordination meetings and proactively resolve field conflicts to keep projects on schedule. Ensure all plumbing installations meet project specifications, quality standards, and applicable plumbing codes. Manage manpower, materials, equipment, and production schedules to maximize efficiency. Maintain a safe job site while enforcing company safety policies and industry best practices. Utilize project technology and digital tools to support field documentation, scheduling, and communication. What We're Looking For 5+ years of experience supervising commercial plumbing construction projects. Proven experience managing field crews and assigned scopes on large commercial or multi-million-dollar projects. Active Plumbing or Mechanical (HVAC) License, or the ability to obtain one within 90 days, preferred. Strong knowledge of the International Plumbing Code (IPC), local building codes, and construction safety standards. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
