Customer Service Representative (Healthcare Call Center) – Contract-to-Hire Position Overview

We are seeking motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representatives to join a growing healthcare support team. In this role, you will handle incoming calls from healthcare providers and members, assisting with questions related to claims, benefits, and eligibility .

This is a high-volume call center environment, ideal for candidates who thrive in fast-paced settings and are passionate about delivering quality service.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle 50–60 inbound calls daily in a professional and efficient manner
• Respond to inquiries regarding benefits, claims, and eligibility
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns
• Document interactions and updates using internal systems
• Maintain compliance with company policies and healthcare regulations

Qualifications

• Previous call center or customer service experience required
• Healthcare experience preferred
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Self-motivated with a desire to grow and advance
• Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel)

Work Environment & Schedule

• Fully onsite position
• Shifts scheduled between 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (8-hour shifts)
• Candidates must be flexible and open to working any shift within this time range
• During training, employees select their top 3 shift preferences (not guaranteed)
• Training period (first 3 weeks): ~30 hours/week
• Standard shifts include:
  • Two paid 15-minute breaks
  • One unpaid 30-minute lunch
• Hybrid work may be considered after ~90 days based on performance metrics

Compensation & Employment Type

• Start: 7/06/2026
• Pay Rate: $20–$21/hour
• Contract-to-Hire (6 months)

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
