Regional Talent Acquisition ManagerApex Service Partners Manassas, Virginia, United States (On-site)Apex Service Partners is seeking an experienced Regional Talent Acquisition Manager to lead regional recruiting strategy across our Atlantic South portfolio. This role partners closely with regional and brand leadership to support growth across Central VA, Northern VA, Maryland, Delaware, Philadelphia, and New Jersey.What you'll doLead regional talent acquisition strategy across multiple service brandsPartner with executive and operations leaders to forecast and execute hiring plansDrive high-volume technician hiring as well as leadership and exempt searchesBuild, coach, and support recruiting teams across the regionStrengthen employer branding and pipeline developmentLeverage data and recruiting metrics to drive resultsTravel throughout the Atlantic South region to support brandsWhat we're looking for5+ years of talent acquisition experience with people leadership responsibilitiesMulti-site or regional recruiting experienceSkilled trades or field-based hiring experience strongly preferredAbility to influence senior leaders in fast-paced growth environmentsWillingness to travel regularlyApex Service Partners may conduct a preemployment background check and drug test, subject to applicable law.Posted Max Pay Rate: USD $120,000.00/Yr.Posted Min Pay Rate: USD $100,000.00/Yr.
