- 8+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Data Science, ETL, or related areas.
- Strong experience in Project Management / Technical Lead roles.
- Hands-on with ETL and data engineering concepts.
- Experience working with cross-functional technical teams.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
