Key Responsibilities Support the General Manager in overseeing daily operations of a busy, full‑service restaurant. Lead and develop the front‑of‑house team to ensure consistent, high‑quality service. Assist with scheduling, labor management, and training. Monitor financial performance, including cost controls and sales growth initiatives. Uphold a positive, professional, and team‑oriented culture. Partner with the culinary team to maintain quality and consistency of food and beverage programs. Qualifications 1+ years of restaurant management experience, preferably in a high‑volume concept.
