Parts Supervisor

Gómez Hermanos busca un(a) Supervisor(a) de Piezas para liderar y coordinar las operaciones del departamento, asegurando un manejo eficiente del inventario, disponibilidad y despacho de piezas, así como un alto nivel de servicio al cliente. La posición será responsable de supervisar al equipo de trabajo, mantener el control y organización del almacén, monitorear indicadores de ventas, margen y rotación de inventario, y asegurar el cumplimiento de los procedimientos internos y estándares aplicables. Requisitos mínimos: Mínimo de cinco (5) años de experiencia en la industria automotriz y en una posición similar . Experiencia en departamentos de piezas automotrices, almacén y manejo de inventario. Conocimiento de sistemas de gestión de concesionarios automotrices, como CDK, Tekion o similares . Conocimiento de Microsoft Office. Dominio del español e inglés. Licencia de conducir de Puerto Rico vigente. Excelentes destrezas de comunicación, organización, manejo del tiempo y supervisión de personal. Disponibilidad para viajar fuera de Puerto Rico, cuando sea requerido.
