This position supports key initiatives through Business Process implementation / improvement, agile methodologies, and effective stakeholder communication, all within a collaborative hybrid working environment.We are seeking an experienced Process SME (Subject Matter Expert) with a strong background in business process optimization and AI-driven transformation. This individual will partner with business and technology stakeholders to evaluate existing workflows, identify opportunities for AI and automation, and design future-state operating models that leverage agentic AI solutions while maintaining appropriate human oversight.The ideal candidate will possess a blend of process engineering expertise, systems thinking, and practical experience implementing AI, automation, and agent-based solutions to drive efficiency, scalability, and business value.Key ResponsibilitiesAssess and evaluate end-to-end business and operational processes to identify improvement opportunities.Analyze current-state workflows and identify manual, repetitive, fragmented, or decision-intensive activities suitable for AI and agentic automation.Design and document future-state process models incorporating AI agents, automation capabilities, and human-in-the-loop controls.Collaborate with business leaders, operational teams, and technical stakeholders to prioritize AI use cases based on business impact and feasibility.Conduct process mapping workshops and facilitate stakeholder discussions to understand pain points and transformation opportunities.Develop practical recommendations, business cases, and implementation roadmaps for AI adoption.Define governance, decision points, controls, and operational frameworks for AI-enabled processes.Support pilot initiatives, proof-of-concepts, and production deployments of AI-driven solutions.Measure outcomes, track adoption, and continuously optimize processes post-implementation.Provide guidance on change management, user adoption, and operationalization of AI solutions.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, Information Systems, or a related field.7+ years of experience in process engineering, business process improvement, operational excellence, or transformation initiatives.Proven experience evaluating and redesigning business processes for automation and AI enablement.Strong understanding of process mapping methodologies and workflow analysis.Experience identifying opportunities for AI, intelligent automation, robotics, or agentic solutions.Excellent stakeholder management and facilitation skills.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and systems-thinking capabilities.Ability to convert strategic concepts into actionable implementation plans and measurable outcomes.Preferred QualificationsExperience implementing AI, Generative AI, Agentic AI, Intelligent Automation, RPA, or workflow orchestration platforms.Knowledge of business process management (BPM) tools and process mining solutions.Experience leading AI transformation initiatives from concept through pilot, deployment, and operationalization.Familiarity with enterprise systems such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, SAP, Workday, or similar platforms.Certifications in Lean, Six Sigma, BPM, Agile, or related methodologies are preferred.Desired SkillsProcess EngineeringBusiness Process Reengineering (BPR)AI Strategy & AdoptionAgentic AI Solutions Orion is an equal opportunity employer, and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, creed, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, pregnancy, age, national origin, citizenship status, disability status, genetic information, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.Candidate Privacy PolicyOrion Systems Integrators, LLC and its subsidiaries and its affiliates (collectively, “Orion,” “we” or “us”) are committed to protecting your privacy.
