Outpatient Mental Health Therapist

Responsibilities Evaluate mental health diagnoses, create and implement a treatment plan, and complete ongoing documentation including follow-up diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes according to company policy Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to advance the mission of filling gaps in the community Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session per company guidelines and protocol For Full-Time clinicians, maintain a caseload of a minimum of 25 client visits per week Coordinate services with case managers, families, school personnel, medical staff, and other Ellie employees as needed Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings Qualifications Master\'s degree in a behavioral sciences or related field from an accredited college or university and on track to obtain licensure in the designated field Clinical licensure (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) Experience completing DAs, treatment plans, and clinical notes Effective written and verbal communication skills Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients Ability to submit documentation of services in a timely manner Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base Proficient in Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience a plus) Fully licensed clinicians should ideally be credentialed with insurance panels Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance Flexible Schedule Paid Time Off Holiday Pay Paid Malpractice Insurance Hourly base pay structure plus commission on claims Pay for administrative time that covers consultation and documentation Compensation: $60,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year #J-18808-Ljbffr Ellie Mental Health-Capital Region NY
