Qualifications :
- Seeking full or part-time legal assistant to handle answering phones, scheduling appointments, client intake, letter writing, file organization, and billing/time entry.
- Experience in probate/estate administration and/or real estate closings a plus.
- Superior organizational skills, attention to detail, professional client interaction skills, and ability to multi-task is required.
- College education preferred.
- Previous experience working in a law office preferred.
