As an attorney in the USMC, you will provide legal counsel and expertise on various matters, including military justice, labor and employment law, administrative law, and family law. Day-to-day responsibilities include representing clients, prosecuting or defending cases, offering legal guidance to command leadership, and addressing a range of legal issues faced by the organization.
