Responsibilities

• Manage content creation for various marketing materials, including brochures, manuals, presentations, and datasheets, ensuring consistency in brand messaging
• Coordinate closely with Korea HQ to align global marketing strategies and maintain consistency in content creation for various marketing materials;
  facilitate regular communication and updates to ensure coherence
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.G., sales, customer service, and design) to ensure marketing efforts are integrated and aligned with overall business strategies and goals
• Conduct product management activities by gathering and documenting customer requirements, creating product specifications, and aiding in the development of product roadmaps
• Collaborate with the product strategy team in Korea to ensure that marketing materials accurately reflect product features and capabilities;
  provide input during the product-design and development phases
• Conduct comprehensive market research and competitor-analysis to identify industry trends, target audience, and new growth opportunities;
  present findings through detailed reports and actionable insights
• Analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using various metrics and analytics tools;
  provide recommendationsfor improvement based on data-driven insights
• Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners to ensure high-quality deliverables and adherence to project timelines
• Stay updated on the latest marketing trends, tools, and technologies;
  propose and implement innovative ideas to enhance marketing effectiveness
• Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management, highlighting key metrics, achievements, and areas for improvement
• Develop and implement pricing strategies based on market research, cost-analysis, customer-value perception, and competitive positioning;
  continuously assess andadjust pricing policies to ensure profitability and market competitiveness
• Monitor product performance and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvements and innovation;
  facilitate communication between customers and product-development teams
• Conduct training sessions and create documentation for sales and customer-service teams to ensure they have the knowledge and tools to effectively support and promote the product

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Engineering (Electrical, etc.)
• Proven experience in a B2B environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Korean
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Effective oral and written skills and ability to synthesize and present presentations to an audience ranging from C-level to factory-floor in small to large groups
