Work from Home Licensed Health Insurance Agent

We are seeking motivated, licensed Work from Home Licensed Health Insurance Agents to join our team for the Annual Enrollment Period (AEP). In this 100% remote outbound sales role, you will connect with prospective and current members to help them evaluate, choose, and enroll in the best health plan options for their unique needs—primarily focusing on Medicare Advantage (MA) products. Duration:  Temporary contract starting in August/September through AEP (December 7). Top performers may be extended through OEP (March 31) or considered for full-time, benefits-eligible positions. Hours:  Flexibility required during operating hours (Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM EST, with possible Saturday overtime). Why Join?

Responsibilities:  

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective and current members to review plan options, answer questions, and explain plan details.
• Assess distinct prospect needs and guide them toward selecting appropriate Medicare Advantage products.
• Complete phone enrollment applications accurately, completely, and in full compliance with product guidelines and CMS regulations.
• Build friendly, empathetic, and trusting relationships on every call.
• Maintain compliance with company standards, CMS rules, state licensure requirements, appointments, and annual product certifications.

Responsibilities

Requirements:

• Active Health and Life Insurance License required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience selling Medicare and/or other insurance product lines preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required
• Prior outbound sales or customer service experience preferred.
