I'm working with a fast-growing fintech lender that has already built strong foundations across credit, analytics, and portfolio management.

The next chapter is different.

The business is investing heavily in ML-driven decisioning, cashflow underwriting, portfolio intelligence, and automated credit strategies. They are looking for a senior leader to help shape that future.

This isn't a maintenance role. It's a role for someone who wants drive innovation and impact across how underwriting, monitoring, pricing, and growth decisions are made over the next several years.

What You'll Own

• Credit strategy across the customer lifecycle
• Portfolio monitoring and performance optimisation
• ML-driven underwriting and decisioning initiatives
• Credit policy evolution and experimentation
• Growth vs risk trade-offs
• Leadership of Credit Analytics and Data Science capabilities
• Cross-functional partnership with Product, Engineering, and Executive Leadership

The Person

You don't need to be a hands-on data scientist today.

You do need to be comfortable leading in a model-driven environment, challenging methodologies, with knowledge of how models are built, and translating analytics into business outcomes.
