Vice President, Client Campaigns

We're looking for an exceptional Vice President, Client Campaigns to lead the team responsible for bringing our client partnerships and creator campaigns to life. This is a senior leadership role for someone who combines exceptional client relationship skills, deep campaign execution expertise, strong people leadership and a vision for how to build and scale a high-performing Campaigns organization.

This leader will ensure we consistently deliver outstanding work for our clients while elevating how our team builds relationships, manages campaigns and collaborates across SheSpeaks. They will stay close to our clients and our work, while also helping shape the people, processes and capabilities we need for our next stage of growth.

What You'll Do

Lead Exceptional Client Relationships

• Build and deepen trusted relationships with key SheSpeaks clients, developing a strong understanding of their businesses, brands and priorities.
• Bring proactive thinking, strategic counsel and solutions that position SheSpeaks as a valued partner beyond individual campaigns.
• Lead important client conversations, strategic reviews, presentations and senior-level meetings, while stepping into challenging situations when needed.
• Anticipate client needs and opportunities, ensuring our teams are proactive rather than reactive.
• Partner with Sales and senior leadership to deepen existing relationships, expand our reach within client organizations and identify opportunities for account growth.

Drive Outstanding Campaign Execution

• Lead the Campaigns organization responsible for executing SheSpeaks influencer programs from client kickoff through creator selection, content development and approvals, launch, media amplification and campaign completion.
• Set a high bar for campaign execution, ensuring programs are delivered strategically, on time and with exceptional attention to quality and client service.
• Maintain visibility across key campaigns, identifying risks early, removing roadblocks and ensuring teams have the leadership and resources needed to deliver.
• Provide senior oversight and problem solving on complex campaigns, client challenges and creator issues.
• Establish clear expectations and accountability across the team for campaign performance, communication, timelines and deliverables.
• Ensure learnings from campaigns are shared and applied across the organization to continually strengthen execution.

Lead and Develop a High-Performing Team

• Provide leadership, direction and accountability for the Campaigns organization, developing a culture centered on client excellence, strong execution, collaboration and ownership.
• Lead, mentor and develop Campaigns leaders and team members, with a particular focus on building stronger client relationship and leadership skills.
• Train and coach the team to move beyond managing deliverables to understanding clients' businesses, bringing a point of view, leading effective conversations and becoming trusted advisors.
• Develop managers and future leaders, providing clear feedback, growth opportunities and expectations for performance.
• Ensure the team has the right structure, capabilities and resources to support SheSpeaks' continued growth.

Build the Campaigns Organization for What's Next

• Develop a vision for how the Campaigns function should evolve as SheSpeaks grows, continually evaluating team structure, roles, workflows and ways of working.
• Simplify processes and eliminate unnecessary complexity while improving quality, accountability and the client experience.
• Partner closely with Media leadership to ensure creator campaigns and paid media amplification operate as one integrated process and client experience.
• Build the Campaigns team's understanding of how creator content extends across paid social, retail media, programmatic, CTV and other media channels.
• Identify opportunities to use technology, automation and AI to improve productivity and allow the team to spend more time on clients, creators and high-value work.
• Stay ahead of changes in influencer marketing, creator content, media, AI and measurement, translating industry developments into actionable opportunities for our clients and team.

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years of experience in client leadership, account management or client services within influencer marketing, advertising, media, digital marketing or an integrated marketing agency.
• A proven track record of developing strong senior-level client relationships and building long-term client trust.
• Significant experience leading complex influencer, digital or integrated marketing campaigns from strategy through execution.
• Demonstrated success leading, managing and developing high-performing client-facing teams.
• Strong knowledge of influencer marketing, creator content and social media, with an understanding of how creator content connects with paid media.
• Strong executive presence with exceptional communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent judgment and the ability to navigate complex client, campaign and organizational challenges.
• Strong operational leadership skills and experience improving team structures, processes and ways of working.
• A strategic and commercial mindset with an understanding of how strong client relationships and exceptional execution drive retention and account growth.
• Intellectual curiosity and an interest in how media, technology, automation and AI are changing marketing and the creator economy.

Compensation

$150K+ annual base salary, depending on experience. SheSpeaks provides healthcare and dental benefits and a 401(k) with company match. This position is remote, and SheSpeaks has team members across the U.S.
