Associate HR Program Manager

Job Overview Reporting to the VP Global Total Rewards, the Associate HR Program Manager will lead global initiatives that drive operational excellence, enhance employee engagement, and strengthen organizational effectiveness. In this role you will manage complex, cross‑functional projects that directly contribute to HR functional goals and business priorities, partner with stakeholders across regions and disciplines, influence decision‑making, and ensure the successful delivery of high‑impact programs. Location & Schedule Hybrid between Princeton, NJ and remote. Office days are Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Responsibilities Plan, execute, and monitor complex HR projects spanning multiple functions. Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success metrics in collaboration with stakeholders. Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including charters, project plans, RAID logs, and status reports. Coordinate internal resources and external vendors for seamless project delivery. Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Conduct post‑project evaluations and document lessons learned for continuous improvement. Research, evaluate, and recommend enhancements and innovative solutions to optimize HR processes and program delivery. Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders and project teams; plan and facilitate project meetings and provide meeting minutes with follow‑up tasks. Prepare meeting materials and presentations to support discussions and decision‑making. Develop and implement well‑defined change‑management and communication plans to drive adoption of new processes. Update HR resource documents and maintain the intranet site and HR toolkit for project launches and key updates. Lead and provide guidance to team members on project management best practices. Implement, maintain, and proactively review HR policies, practices, processes, systems, and templates while ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Minimum 5 years of relevant HR program or project management experience. Advanced knowledge of project management principles and tools (e.g., Gantt charts, RAID logs). Strong organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills with a continuous‑improvement mindset. Experience in the design and implementation of scalable HR processes, programs, and HR technology solutions. In‑depth knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices. Experience working in a regulated industry, preferably life sciences / MedTech. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to influence and build consensus. Experience working in a global organization is preferred. Functional knowledge of multiple operational functions (finance, customer service, production, employee engagement). Proven ability to multi‑task and work in a fast‑paced dynamic setting. Salary Pay range: $94,300.00 – $129,950.00 USD. Benefits Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance.
