Human Resources Director Qualifications & Responsibilities: 2 years’ experience as a Human Resources Director in a long-term care setting is preferred Associate's Degree required; Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field preferred Review payroll bi-weekly and update personnel policies as needed Coordinate interviews for new staff along with the recruitment team Onboard new hires and organize orientations Evaluate annual performance reviews as needed Knowledge of FMLA, Disability, and Workers’ Compensation policies & procedures Any other duties as assigned Human Resources Director Schedule & Benefits: Schedule: Full-time, dayshift Comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees, including health, dental, vision, and paid time off (PTO) Professional growth and career advancement within our supportive healthcare environment Complete Care at Court House is an equal opportunity employer. 8.17.26 #J-18808-Ljbffr Complete Care - New Jersey & PA
