Registered Nurse (RN) - Behavioral Health

Up to $10,000 Sign-On bonus for experienced Registered Nurse / RN MetroWest Medical Center is the largest community health care system between Worcester and Boston. RN Behavioral Health PT (48 hours) Position Summary The role provides direct clinical patient care. The role will assume responsibility for assessing, planning, and implementing direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per‑shift basis, and at the unit level. The role is responsible for supervision of staff to which appropriate care is delegated. The role is accountable to support the CNO to ensure high‑quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care, competency of clinical staff, and appropriate resource management related to patient care. The role requires effective interpersonal and communication skills and an ability to serve as a role model and advocate for the professional discipline of nursing. Qualifications Required: Graduated from a state‑approved nursing school or an accredited institution. Preferred: Academic degree in nursing (bachelor's or master's). Certifications Required: Currently licensed, certified, or registered to practice nursing as required by law, regulation in state of practice or policy; CPR.
