Box Office Window Sales, BAEC

The Box Office Window Sales position is a part-time, non-exempt role reporting to the Box Office Senior Manager. This requires a flexible schedule, including weekdays, evenings, and weekends, based on operational needs and event programming. The Box Office Window Sales Associate serves as a primary point of contact for patrons, providing exceptional customer service while handling ticket sales and inquiries in the Butler Arts & Events Center. Areas of responsibility Facilitating in-person ticket sales Providing excellent customer service while utilizing problem-solving skills Reconciling daily transaction receipts Answering and operating the phone system Processing walk-up sales on performance dates and during business hours Communicating event information to the public Performing other duties as assigned About Us Butler University is a private, nationally recognized comprehensive university encompassing seven colleges: Arts, Business, Communication, Education, Liberal Arts & Sciences, Pharmacy & Health Sciences and Founder's College.
