Skills Required: Tooling, Tool design, Machining, Problem Solving, Good Manufacturing Practices, Lean Manufacturing, Manufacturing Engineering, CNC Mills

 

Experience Required: 5+ yrs of related experience

• Successful candidate must be able to demonstrate leadership in ONE FORD (leadership) behaviors combined with outstanding interpersonal, teambuilding, and communication skills

• High production machining tool manufacturing

• Gear blade grinding o Programming of Tool Presetters (Royal/Zoller)

• Effective oral and written communication skills

• Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma experience

• FMEA, PPAP, and DOEs experience
