Responsibilities include creating computer-aided plans using premier CAD technology, illustrating home plans, building materials, and options. You will also develop construction documents for internal review and future homeowners.

Requirements for this position include a bachelor's degree in Architecture or equivalent experience in the homebuilding industry. Additional skills include proficiency in AutoCAD Architectural Desktop, Google Sketchup, and knowledge of residential construction and structural and mechanical designs.
