Each brand benefits from the global scale and shared best practices that come from ownership by Restaurant Brands International Inc.The Manager, Restaurant Performance & Business Insights is responsible for driving business performance across company restaurants through data-driven analysis, cross-functional partnership, and operational field engagement. This role serves as a critical link between Operations, Marketing, Finance, Training, and field teams, transforming business data into actionable insights that improve sales, profitability, operational execution, and guest experience.The Manager analyzes restaurant performance across sales, traffic, pricing, promotions, product mix, guest feedback, and operational metrics to identify opportunities and risks. Partnering closely with Marketing and Finance, this role evaluates campaign performance, connects business results to operational drivers, and delivers actionable reporting, scorecards, and insights that support decision-making. Through regular restaurant visits and field engagement, the Manager validates findings, identifies execution opportunities, and drives operational performance improvements.RBI follows a 5 day, in-office work schedule to support collaboration. Candidates will be expected to work onsite 5 days per week out of our office in Miami, FL.What You'll Do:Analyze restaurant performance trends across sales, traffic, product mix, promotions, guest feedback, pricing, and operational metrics.Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to improve sales, profitability, operational execution, and guest satisfaction.Partner with Marketing to support local marketing initiatives, campaign readiness, execution, and post-campaign performance analysis.Evaluate the operational and financial impact of local marketing activities and identify opportunities for optimization.Collaborate with Finance to connect business results with operational and commercial performance drivers.Serve as a cross-functional liaison between Operations, Marketing, Finance, Training, and field leadership teams.Develop reporting, scorecards, and business reviews that drive accountability and performance improvement.Create exception-based reporting to identify performance outliers, emerging risks, and growth opportunities.Conduct restaurant visits to validate insights, assess execution, and inform business recommendations.Manage company restaurant pricing strategy and monitor pricing performance and competitiveness.Communicate business trends and performance updates to leadership and field teams in a clear, actionable manner.Recommend and support implementation of initiatives that enhance restaurant performance and guest experience.What You Bring:2+ years of experience in business analytics, commercial analytics, finance, restaurant operations, or a related field.Experience supporting business performance through data analysis, reporting, and cross-functional partnership in QSR, retail, hospitality, or other multi-unit environments.Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights and recommendations.Experience analyzing sales, traffic, pricing, promotions, product mix, guest feedback, and operational performance metrics.Proficiency with Snowflake and SQL for data extraction and analysis.Advanced experience with Tableau, Excel, and PowerPoint for reporting, dashboards, and executive presentations.General understanding of ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes and data quality principles.Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar technologies to enhance analysis and improve productivity.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience partnering across Operations, Marketing, Finance, and field teams.Ability to manage multiple priorities, drive continuous improvement, and influence business decisions through data-driven insights.Extra Spice That Sets You Apart:Experience in the QSR, restaurant, retail, or hospitality industry.Experience supporting pricing strategy, local marketing analysis, or performance reporting.Familiarity with forecasting, predictive analytics, or Agile ways of working.#PopeyesBenefits at all of our global offices are focused on physical, mental and financial wellness.
