Responsibilities Provide exceptional service to incoming and existing clients while resolving inquiries with a focus on satisfaction. Process a variety of financial transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, and balancing cash drawers in accordance with operational standards. Identify and cultivate new business opportunities by actively participating in sales initiatives and lead generation. Maintain strict adherence to banking regulations and security procedures to ensure the safety of branch assets and client data. Collaborate effectively within a team setting to support branch goals and assist management with daily operations. Engage in consultative conversations to recommend appropriate financial products and services that meet client needs. Qualifications Must be fully bilingual with the ability to read, write, and speak professionally in English and Spanish. 3+ years of relevant experience within a retail banking or high volume cash handling environment. Proven track record of understanding sales techniques and meeting performance metrics. High school diploma or an equivalent level of education is required. Strong proficiency with general office software and the ability to learn new systems quickly. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a client first mentality.
