Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring patient conditions

Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to ensure seamless care transitions and effective care delivery
Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the continuous improvement of our care services
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
