Hello! We’re a well-established group dental practice in Fort Lee, NJ, seeking a dependable, organized, and steady professional to join our front office team (3-4 days per week). If you value structure, clear expectations, and being trusted with responsibility, you’ll thrive here. 

You'll help keep things running smoothly for both patients and the clinical team. Daily tasks include:

• Welcoming patients at check-in and and check-out
• Answering phones
• Managing patient emails and online messages
• Supporting insurance tracking and follow-up
• Keeping the front desk organized and efficient
• Chinese or Japanese language skills are a strong plus
• Dental experience is helpful but not required
