Senior Grants & Contracts Analyst

The Senior Grants & Contracts Analyst will provide high quality dedicated professional level sponsored funds management with specific responsibility for pre-award and post-award functions. The Senior Grants & Contracts Analyst will also provide broad/in-depth professional administrative level guidance on protocols, regulations and guidelines to Principal Investigators and other scientific/research professionals. This position offers guidance and learning support to Grants & Contracts Analysts and Specialists within the department.

Key responsibilities include partnering with faculty toward the planning and development of application submissions, reviewing and preparing budgets, ensuring compliance in all areas related to grant and contract management, managing post-award processes, overseeing complex award management activities, and contributing to the annual research enterprise budgeting process.

Qualifications include a bachelor's degree, minimum of four years related experience in sponsored program activity, strong financial and analytical skills, and excellent organizational, interpersonal, communication, and writing skills.

Salary range: Minimum 27.85/hour - Maximum 44.57/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
