LINE SUPERVISOR

Daytime, Afternoon, and Evening Shifts Available

What You’ll Do

• Supervise daily kitchen line operations and ensure all food meets Cubby’s standards.
• Monitor product quality, portion control, and presentation on every plate.
• Check prep levels, labeling, rotation (FIFO), and log any waste.
• Maintain proper cooking and holding temperatures for all items.
• Ensure all equipment is properly set up, maintained, and cleaned throughout the day.
• Train and coach line staff on techniques, food safety, and procedures.
• Communicate with the Kitchen Manager, Assistant Line Manager, and service team to keep meal periods running smoothly.
• Enforce food safety, sanitation, and health department regulations.
• Assist with deep cleaning, inventory, and prep organization.
• Lead by example with professionalism, urgency, and attention to detail.

What You Should Bring to the Table

1. Must be 18 years or older
2. Current Food Handler’s Permit
3. 1–2 years restaurant experience (line cook or supervisory preferred — but if you’re awesome, we’ll train you)
4. Strong communication and leadership skills
5. Reliable, organized, and ready to have fun — because fun is non-negotiable
