First-year earning potential when goals are met: $150,000+

• Engage with potential clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences.
• Show properties to prospective buyers, highlighting key features and benefits.
• Assist in the negotiation process to ensure favorable outcomes for clients.
• Manage transaction paperwork and ensure all documents are completed accurately and on time.
• Collaborate with team members to develop and implement effective marketing strategies.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
• Utilize provided leads and systems to generate new business opportunities consistently and effectively.

• Experience in customer service or sales, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with diverse clients.
• Proven track record of setting and achieving personal or professional goals.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new real estate technologies and systems.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, contributing to shared success.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making in dynamic situations.
