Registered Behavior Technician in Winder, GA

In this role, you'll work closely with students in a classroom setting, providing 1:1 and group behavioral support aimed at promoting positive academic and social outcomes. Collaborate with a team of dedicated professionals, including other support staff, to create an inclusive and structured learning atmosphere where every student can thrive.


Qualifications and Desired Skills:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Experience working with school-aged children, preferably in a classroom or educational setting
• Strong understanding of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and interventions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team setting
• Professionalism, adaptability, and a commitment to student success

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver 1:1 and group behavioral interventions to students during the school day
• Collect and document data on student progress and behavior
• Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and behavioral specialists
• Support the implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs) and behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
• Foster a positive, engaging classroom environment that supports academic and social growth
