Global Product Leader, Clinical Decision Support
Abbott Laboratories
Abbott seeks an experienced Global Product Leader to drive strategy and innovation for its Clinical Decision Support portfolio. This role connects diagnostics, laboratory informatics, clinical workflows, and AI to deliver evidence-based healthcare solutions across global markets.
Responsibilities
- Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for Clinical Decision Support portfolio
- Partner with R&D, medical affairs, and commercial teams to develop innovative solutions addressing clinical and operational needs
- Engage customers including physicians, health systems, and payers to validate solutions and identify market opportunities
- Drive innovation in clinical rules engines, predictive analytics, workflow intelligence, and AI-assisted decision support
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure product launches, portfolio management, and ecosystem integration across global markets
Requirements
- Strategic product leadership experience in healthcare technology or diagnostics
- Deep understanding of clinical workflows, laboratory operations, and healthcare decision-making
- Demonstrated ability to develop product vision, roadmaps, and execute complex launches
- Experience with AI, predictive analytics, and healthcare informatics platforms
- Cross-functional leadership skills across R&D, commercial, medical, and regulatory teams
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations, standards, and value-based care models
