PCI Pharma Services

PCI Pharma Services is hosting an onsite job fair on October 7, 2026, in Bedford, NH, for multiple manufacturing and quality control positions. Roles include manufacturing technicians at various levels, team leads, supervisors, and visual inspection technicians across multiple shift schedules in GMP-regulated cleanroom environments.

Responsibilities

Perform equipment preparation, aseptic compounding, and sterile filling in cleanroom settings
Conduct visual inspection of sterile filled vials for defects and quality issues
Maintain production records, follow standard operating procedures, and ensure safety compliance
Lead manufacturing teams on complex tasks and manage staff performance against operational goals
Support cross-functional communication regarding quality and process concerns

Requirements

Detail-oriented with strong focus and integrity
Ability to follow procedures and work in regulated cleanroom environments
Experience in aseptic compounding, sterile filling, or GMP/ISO operations preferred
Capacity for repetitive, seated inspection work with accurate documentation
Leadership experience required for supervisory and team lead positions
Knowledge of FDA and regulatory agency compliance standards
