You’ll be responsible for patient assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation in accordance with nursing standards and Floridas Nurse Practice Act. You’ll also collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure effective, compassionate care that meets each patient’s unique needs. Qualifications Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associates or Bachelors preferred) Experience: 1 year of recent experience in a medical/surgical role Certifications: Current Florida RN License, BLS Certification (AHA) valid for at least 90 days post‑hire; additional certifications may be required by unit. Preferred but not required certifications are WCC, CWS, or CWCN.
