Hospice RN Team Lead & Care Coordinator

Big Bend Hospice seeks an experienced RN Team Manager to lead the Interdisciplinary Group (IDG) and manage daily staff utilization. This full-time clinical role includes mentoring IDG members, coordinating care, and ensuring ongoing patient coverage. The position requires an active Florida RN license (or compact), hospice experience, and strong leadership skills to promote BBH policies and provide superior patient care.
