Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Avista Nursing and Rehab in Saginaw, Michigan. As a member of our dynamic healthcare team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient-centered care to our residents. Our long-term care unit is committed to providing 24/7 care, and we are looking for a talented RN to join our team.

Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to our residents, focusing on their physical, emotional, and social needs
Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
Conduct thorough assessments, administer medications, and perform treatments as ordered by the physician
Monitor and report changes in resident condition to the nurse manager and physician
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless transitions and optimal care
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including documentation and charting
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
