Admissions and Marketing Director

Ozanam Hall of Queens Nursing Home seeks an Admissions and Marketing Director to lead admissions, census growth, and community outreach in a faith-based, mission-driven environment. This role manages the full admissions process, from inquiry and tours to intake and coordination with clinical teams, ensuring a compassionate, person-centered experience for residents and families. The Director develops and implements strategic marketing initiatives, builds relationships with hospitals and referral partners, and promotes Ozanam Hall’s skilled nursing, rehab, and specialty services. The ideal candidate has healthcare admissions or marketing experience, strong communication skills, and a commitment to dignity, respect, and quality of life for elders. This on-site leadership role offers the opportunity to grow professionally while advancing our Catholic, values-oriented mission of care.
