Fargo Country Club is seeking a talented and reliable Line Cook to join our culinary team, specializing in the grill station. This full-time position plays a key role in delivering high-quality, consistent food to our members and guests in a fast-paced, professional kitchen. Responsibilities:

• Prepare and execute all grilled items to standard specifications, including sauces, steaks, chops, seafood, and vegetables.

• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the grill station during prep, service, and breakdown.

• Ensure food is prepared to club standards for quality, temperature, and presentation.

• Assist with receiving, stocking, and rotating product.

• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures, including proper food handling, labeling, and storage.

• Work collaboratively with kitchen staff, front-of-house, and management to ensure smooth service.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years grill experience in a professional kitchen setting required (country club, hotel, or high-volume restaurant preferred).

• Solid knowledge of cooking temperatures, meat doneness, and grill equipment.

• Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

• Ability to work on your feet for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

• Culinary degree or certification is a plus but not required.

Schedule:

• Tuesday – Saturday schedule

• 2:00 PM – 9:15 PM shift

Compensation & Benefits:

• Hourly wage: $20–$21.50/hour, based on experience
