Dietary Aide

Dietary Aide SMP Health – St. Catherine North or St. Catherine South | Fargo, ND SMP Health is seeking friendly and dependable Dietary Aides to join our teams at St. Catherine North or St. Catherine South. In this role, you will help provide quality meal service to residents while supporting a positive dining experience in our long-term care communities. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, being part of a team, and making a difference in residents' daily lives through excellent food service and hospitality. Responsibilities Assist with meal preparation and food service Set up and serve meals according to resident dietary needs Prepare dining areas before and after meal service Deliver meals and assist residents as needed during dining Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the kitchen and dining areas Follow food safety, infection control, and dietary guidelines Work closely with dietary and nursing teams to support resident satisfaction Promote a welcoming and respectful dining experience for residents Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous food service, dietary, restaurant, or hospitality experience preferred but not required Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to work efficiently in a team environment Reliable, dependable, and attentive to detail Ability to follow sanitation, safety, and dietary procedures Pay & Benefits $18.00 – $22.00 per hour Benefits include: Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) with Company Match Paid Time Off Life Insurance Flexible Spending and Health Savings Accounts Tuition Reimbursement Employee Assistance Program Referral Program Opportunities for Advancement Schedule Full-time and part-time opportunities available Day and evening shifts available Every other weekend and every other holiday rotation Why Join SMP Health?
