Production Team Lead

We're hiring: Sand Production Team Lead — Brooksville, FL Black Diamond Coatings (BDC Brands) is a veteran- and family-owned manufacturer of premium, environmentally friendly home improvement products. Our DOMINATOR®, AQUA-X®, and OBSESS® brands are made in the USA and sold through Amazon, Lowe's, The Home Depot, Walmart, and our own e-commerce site. We're headquartered in Brooksville, Florida, and we run on entrepreneurial spirit, high integrity, and teamwork. We're looking for a hands-on Sand Production Team Lead to run daily production in our sand and new-products areas. This isn't a desk job — you'll be on the floor with the team, hitting production targets, keeping quality in spec, and making sure the shift runs clean, safe, and organized. What you’ll own: Daily production targets and quality for the sand and new-products lines Coaching, reviews, and training for your team Equipment upkeep and the preventive maintenance program Inventory accuracy for your work area Safety and housekeeping on the floor What you bring: High school diploma or equivalent Reliable transportation and availability for overtime/Saturdays as needed Ability to lift 50 lbs frequently A track record of leading a team, solving problems on the fly, and keeping things organized #Manufacturing #Hiring #BrooksvilleFL #ProductionLead #NowHiring #J-18808-Ljbffr
