Clinic Manager – Los Angeles, CA
Salary: $80,000 – $110,000 | Schedule: M–F, 8 AM – 5 PM | Travel: Up to 50%

Overview

Seeking a results-driven Clinic Manager to lead operations, drive financial performance, and ensure high-quality patient care across one or more outpatient clinic locations. This role is ideal for a strong healthcare leader who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinic operations, staffing, and facility management
• Drive revenue, productivity, and budget performance
• Ensure excellent patient access, flow, and satisfaction
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory, licensing, and payor requirements (e.g., Medi-Cal, Medicare)
• Lead, train, and develop clinic staff; manage performance and accountability
• Monitor and improve quality, utilization, and operational metrics
• Address operational challenges and implement effective solutions

Qualifications

• 2+ years of clinic or healthcare management experience
• Strong knowledge of clinic operations, financials, and payor programs
• Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel between sites
