Now Hiring an Electronic Tech Aide for a Great Company in Aurora, OH!

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Electronic and mechanical assembly of high quality devices, such as Single User KVM (keyboard-video-mouse) switches and Environmental Monitoring products.
• Follow work process instructions and specifications, both written and verbal.
• Understand and identify defects in accordance with applicable workmanship standards and class (IPC).
• Perform verification tests in accordance with assembly instructions.
• Control inventory by following proper purchasing and reorder procedures.
• Ability to perform electronic assembly with hand/electric tools on a regular basis.

Qualifications:

• Participate in continuous improvement and maintain a productive working relationship.
• Perform other duties as assigned including moving of material as needed.
• Candidate may also be required to test finished assemblies as needed.
• Ability to work in a changing fast paced environment.
• Surface mount soldering, through-hole soldering and a rework is a plus.
• Demonstrate dependability, flexibility and the ability to work under minimal supervision.
• Quality minded approach to work.

Schedule: 9am - 5:00pm (Monday - Friday)

Compensation: $20 per hour (Paid Weekly)
