Solution Consultant

Work location: United States, business trip required The purpose of this position is to build Mushiny into a trusted automation consulting advisor for customers, focusing on warehouse operation consulting, solution output, and strategic customer deep management, establishing sufficient customer trust before customers enter the formal procurement stage. Support the company's transformation from an OEM equipment supplier to a complete warehouse automation system integration service provider. Responsibilities

1. Conduct on-site operational evaluations of customer warehouses, conduct frequent on-site research, and gain a deep understanding of the actual business operation mode of customer warehousing.
2. Explore and organize customer business pain points and operational needs, and convert them into clear and actionable technical requirements.
3. Identify short-term, medium-term, and long-term automation upgrade opportunities for customers.
4. Output preliminary proposal ideas and solution suggestions, present research conclusions to the client's senior management, and make a proposal report.
5. Deepen the support plan and prepare the bidding proposal, assist in defining the project scope, scheduling the project, and evaluating the workload.
6. Work closely with the engineering team throughout the entire sales cycle to ensure the feasibility of the plan.
7. After the project is signed and delivered, continue to follow up with strategic major clients and explore future business opportunities.
8. Develop methodology and establish localized warehousing operation evaluation capabilities and standards that are suitable for the North American market.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above, with priority given to majors in logistics engineering, industrial engineering, automation, and supply chain management.
2. 3 years or more of pre-sales/solution consulting related work experience in the North American warehousing automation and logistics system integration industry; Familiar with warehouse operation processes in warehousing, e-commerce, 3PL, and manufacturing industries.
3. Possess the ability to conduct on-site warehouse research and independently complete warehouse operation evaluations, requirement disassembly, and conceptual planning.
4. Familiar with warehouse automation equipment (AGV/AMR, sorting, shelving systems, etc.), able to report solutions to customer executives.
5. Excellent English reading, writing, and speaking skills, capable of independently conducting customer interviews and presenting proposals; Capable of adapting to high-frequency business travel clients on-site.
6. Possess cross team collaboration awareness and can efficiently collaborate with engineering and sales teams to advance projects.
7. Prioritize understanding the project scope assessment and workload calculation logic of North American automation projects.
