Company Description Design Neuroscience Center, LLC (DNC) is an outpatient neuroscience center dedicated to the evaluation, treatment, and rehabilitation of individuals with a range of neurological conditions. DNC combines a traditional disease-focused model with a holistic wellness approach to support prevention and early detection of neurological diseases and disorders. The clinical team and support staff work collaboratively to help individuals restore physical, emotional, and cognitive functioning. Role Description The Practice Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Miami Lakes, FL, responsible for overseeing daily operations of the neuroscience practice. This role includes managing front and back office workflows, coordinating patient scheduling, registration, and billing processes, and ensuring a smooth patient experience. The Practice Manager supervises administrative staff, supports physician and clinician needs, and implements policies and procedures that promote efficiency, regulatory compliance, and high-quality care. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring performance metrics, managing budgets, overseeing inventory and vendor relationships, and addressing operational issues in real time. The Practice Manager also contributes to process improvement initiatives, supports staff training, and fosters a professional, respectful, and collaborative work environment. Qualifications Demonstrated skills in medical practice operations, including patient scheduling, registration, billing coordination, and workflow optimization. Experience supervising administrative or clinical support staff, with the ability to delegate tasks, provide feedback, and support team development. Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and capability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced clinical setting. Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) and common medical office software; comfort with learning new systems and tools. Knowledge of healthcare regulations, privacy standards (such as HIPAA), and basic medical billing and coding concepts. Clear, professional communication skills for interacting with patients, families, clinicians, and external partners; conflict resolution and customer service skills. Experience in neurology, rehabilitation, or related outpatient specialties is beneficial, along with familiarity with multidisciplinary care environments. Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; relevant experience in medical practice management strongly considered.
